Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of services offered by e-Konnect (hereinafter "the Company"), including VPS hosting, cloud, storage, domain names, and SSL certificates, accessible via e-konnect.com.

Placing an order on the site implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Description

e-Konnect offers the following services:

• Virtual Private Servers (VPS) — Linux and Windows
• Cloud hosting and AES-256 encrypted storage
• Domain name registration and management
• SSL/TLS certificates
• Backup services (Cloud Backup Storage)

3. Account Registration

To access services, customers must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities on their account.

4. Service Availability — SLA

e-Konnect guarantees 99.9% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance. Credits are available if this threshold is not met:

• 99.0% – 99.9%: 5% monthly credit
• 95.0% – 98.9%: 10% monthly credit
• Below 95%: 25% monthly credit

Credit requests must be submitted within 30 days of the incident via support@e-konnect.com.

5. Customer Obligations

Customers agree not to use services for illegal purposes (spam, hacking, illegal content hosting, etc.) and to comply with applicable laws.

6. Payment and Billing

Prices are in Euros (€), inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is required at the time of order. Services are activated upon payment confirmation.

7. Renewal and Termination

Services are available on monthly or annual terms. Non-renewal results in suspension and then deletion of hosted data within 7 days after expiration. Customers may cancel at any time via their account or by contacting support.

8. Liability

e-Konnect is not liable for data loss resulting from misuse, unforeseeable hardware failure, or force majeure. We strongly recommend maintaining independent backups of critical data. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant service over the last 3 months.

9. Intellectual Property

All elements of e-konnect.com are the exclusive property of e-Konnect and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

10. Personal Data

Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law
