Cookie Policy

Last updated : September 5, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Express Konnect LLC ("e-Konnect") uses cookies and similar technologies on e-konnect.com. It supplements our Privacy Notice.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet or smartphone) by a website. They allow the site to recognize your browser from one page to the next and, where applicable, from one visit to the next.

2. Cookies We Use

We use strictly necessary cookies only. They are required for the website, the ordering process and your account area to work, and they cannot be switched off in our systems. They do not track you across other websites and are never used for advertising or profiling.

  • Session cookie (e_konnect_session or similar): keeps you signed in to your account area and preserves your order in progress. Expires after 2 hours of inactivity.
  • Security token (XSRF-TOKEN): protects forms against cross-site request forgery attacks. Expires after 2 hours.

Your language preference (FR / EN) is carried in the page address, not in a cookie.

3. Cookies We Do Not Use

We do not use analytics, advertising, social media or other third-party tracking cookies on e-konnect.com. When you pay for an order, you are redirected to the secure pages of our payment processor (Stripe or PayPal), which may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. We do not embed third-party trackers on our pages.

4. Consent

Because we use strictly necessary cookies only, no cookie consent banner is required under United States law or, for visitors from the European Union and the United Kingdom, under the ePrivacy rules (in France, Article 82 of the Loi Informatique et Libertés and CNIL guidelines). If we introduce non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this Policy and ask for your consent where required.

5. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because we do not track visitors across websites, our site behaves the same way whether or not it receives a DNT signal. We also treat Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information, although we do not sell or share personal information.

6. Managing Cookies

You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to your account area and completing an order.

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies / Site data
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions

7. Changes and Contact

We may update this Policy from time to time; the effective date is shown at the top of this page. Questions: support@e-konnect.com.
